McCall Lugo is the Director of Economic Development at the Baldwin Alliance and has been a part of the organization since August 2022. McCall leads economic development efforts for the community, including industry relationships, project activity, and Belong in Baldwin. With a background in marketing and business development, McCall’s expertise in economic development helps shape the voice of Baldwin Alliance.
Christina Hellmich has been the Director of Workforce Development at the Baldwin Alliance since February 2024. She connects industry leaders with workforce pipelines, partnering with local and state entities to strengthen work-based learning and better the future workforce in Baldwin County.
Reta Barnes has been the Office Manager at Baldwin Alliance since July 2025. She oversees accounting, human resources, event planning, and daily office functions to keep everything running efficiently
Madison Burkhardt is the Marketing Coordinator for Baldwin Alliance. She joined the team in March of 2023 and manages social media, digital marketing, print collateral, web design, and external communications. With a background in commercial real estate marketing, Madison’s expertise benefits Baldwin County’s industry recruitment efforts.
Ashton Feaster is the Economic Development Specialist at Baldwin Alliance. He joined the team in May 2024 and handles research and data to support project activity. Before joining the team full-time, Ashton was an Economic Development Intern with Baldwin Alliance. During his five-month internship, he was valuable to the team and was brought on to the staff when he finished his degree.
Project Manager
Ryan Brown is the Project Manager at Baldwin Alliance. He joined the team in January 2026, supporting economic development through project coordination and collaboration with community and industry partners.
Kristie Pybus has been the Executive Assistant at Baldwin Alliance since April of 2024. She provides high-level support to the executive staff and ensures the day-to-day office activity is streamlined. Before joining our team, she was a nurse at Mobile Infirmary for ten years and did administrative work.
Keith Glines is the Director of Hatch, where he champions innovation across life sciences, emerging technologies, and creative ventures. With over twenty years in technology development and publishing, most notably in medical platforms, Keith brings deep expertise in building tools that improve lives. He founded and led his own company before stepping into the world of startups, where he has since guided tech teams through scaling, product development, and go-to-market growth.
